In the age of misinformation and disillusion, humanity has become disconnected and uninformed. Social media has become an addiction to some. Many have lost the ability to think critically about what they see and read. Few are willing to challenge or question the events unfolding all around us.
Who will challenge the status quo? Palooka will! Leave it to a Seattle band to question what’s going on. The rock scene from Seattle has been speaking out and questioning topics people have avoided for many decades. With ‘Head In The Clouds’, Palooka takes direct aim at the absurdity we all see on a daily basis and asks why we’ve lost sight of reality.
This single aims to supply listener with gravity to put their feet back on the ground and snap back to reality. Set to a grit filled rock track the listeners are sure to connect with Chuck Campbell‘s rich vocal tone as he delivers cutting lyrics set to thick riffs and punchy drum tempos that feel like they are stomping for the listener to pay close attention to the message they delivering.

PALOOKA is happy to announce that we welcome Chuck Campbell into the band as our new lead singer.

Chuck has years of experience  in bands from New York to LA to Seattle and more. Chuck fronted the NYC band Nylon Kincaid and most recently has been working with Kurdt Vanderhoof in Presto Ballet.

"We were not only looking for a great singer, we were looking for someone to help us define and determine what the next chapter of the PALOOKA story will be. I believe we found that and more in Chuck. We are very excited about what we've created with him already and looking forward to what's next." says guitarist Glen Logan

PALOOKA is already in the studio with the new line up and has plans for several releases over the next few months. Plans also include writing new material for the next PALOOKA album which the band plans to start recording this Fall.

Feels great to be in the studio again. So excited about what's happening in PALOOKAville. Can't wait to share so much with everyone soon. Stuff is sounding pretty good if we don't say so ourselves.
